Beast Legion at Comic Con India

... And what a week it turned out to be!!

Beast Legion bagged the Comic Con India Award for 'The Best Webcomic Series' . I'm humbled at all the support you guys have shown from across the web for the manga be it Facebook, Twitter or anywhere else. It's truly a motivating factor to keep the comic going.

I was kinda stunned when I was asked to inaugurate the WACOM Bamboo Manga tablet by none other than Wacom India's Country Manager Mr. Rajeev Nagar who was gracious enough for giving me the opportunity. Another highlight for me was a chance to meet & gift a set to Mr Chris Oliveros of the ever popular Drawn & Quarterly.

Also I was expecting a huge crowd at the Comic Con , but WOW there were 35000 people who visited the convention over a 3 day period & we sold around 400 copies in the time frame. Here's a few pics from the event.More to come...

This is the official group dedicated to the weekly updated 'Beast Legion'' webcomic. Share your thoughts , fan art with us.

The Beast Legion has been my pet project since late 2006. Eventually I started out with concept pics & a base story & now I after almost three years I'm self publishing my own Manga based on this concept releasing this April. Initially my dream is to someday see it in Anime form but for now the Manga is the closest I can get to that. :)

About the Concept

THE BEAST LEGION follows the exploits of a young prince, Xeus who is forced to flee his homeland after it falls under the tyrannical rule of the evil Dragos & his Shadow Nexus minions.

Prophecised to save his homeland from the chaos , Xeus embarks on his quest to overthrow the tyrant & bring peace back to his homeland of Lithopia. But in order to match up to the armies of Evil, Xeus must first master the secret of the 'Beast Transfer', pieces of armor that convert the one who wears them into a beastial form with Awesome powers.

Follow the journey of the young prince as he makes new allies & battles a plethora of villains & their own 'Beast transfers' in order to reach his ultimate goal. The epic battle between the Guardian Beasts & the evil Shadow Beasts will ensue this April.

I welcome you guys here & feel free to post all fan art here & get the latest updates on the Manga. Hope you enjoy being part of this group.
